    Customer Responsibilities

    Verification of Purchases: Customers are responsible for checking their purchased products before leaving the store, ensuring that they match the receipt and are in satisfactory condition.

    Product Use: Customers are responsible for the proper handling, care, and use of the products purchased from Cellplanet.

    Product Availability: While we strive to keep our stock updated, we cannot guarantee the availability of every product at all times. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product.

    Online Shopping: Part of the Services relates to communicating information to you about Smartphone and accessories and other products and services available at those stores and allowing you to shop products and services available at those Stores – and through our online portal. The customers who order through call/WhatsApp only have limited access.

    Delivery: Products purchased in our platform will strictly be delivered. Delivery of the Products shall be made to the address you specify in your Registration and or by Order. For the shop pick up orders we will reserve the order for one day.

    Delivery timeframe: You acknowledge that delivery of the Products within 1 to 3 days delivery according to the order slip you entered upon confirming the delivery. All delivery timeframes given are estimates only and delays can occur. If the delivery of your Product is delayed “cellplanet” will inform you accordingly.

    Deemed receipt: if you do not receive the Product by the projected delivery date and immediately inform cellplanet customer care in any manner.

    Customer’s failure to take delivery: If the Customer fails to take delivery of the Products (otherwise than by reason of any cause beyond the Customer’s reasonable control or by reason of Store’s) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to Store’s. Cellplanet has the right to cancel the order.

    Return policy for products within UAE.

    1. The return policy of Cellplanet is applicable in the UAE.
    2. Products are returnable if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product.
    3. Buyer expressly acknowledges that the Seller selling the defective Product will be responsible to Buyer for any claims that Buyer may have in relation to such defective Product and obd4u.fr shall not in any manner be held liable for the same.
    4. Return will be processed only if
    1. It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
    2. The product is not different from what was shipped to the customer

    iii. The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

    1. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
    2. Products marked as ”non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
    1. Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered with. If the package is damaged or tampered with, we request you refuse delivery. We assure refund upon such refused delivery or non-delivery. If in case you choose to accept the product, you shall do it at your own risk.
    2. In the occasion of Pre-Booking with advance payment collected, request for refund must be raised before 24 hours of delivery of the product.
    3. We provide 7-days money-back guarantee if you change your mind, provided that the product is as new, in a re-sellable condition and the box is still sealed, the refund can be granted upon approval within 3 days after delivery. The normal / supplier delivery charge as well as card transaction charges if any will be deducted.
    4. Returns are subject to verification and checks in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return. During pick-up, your product shall be checked for the following conditions:
    1. Products may be rejected for return if they are not returned as per the conditions mentioned above. Products may also be rejected for return (for refund or replacement) if sent directly to the Seller by you without our approval for the same, in which case you waive any and all claims against iconnectqatar.com.
    2. Refund/replacement shall be issued to you only after verification

    iii. Replacement is subject to availability of the product (size, colour, etc.)

    1. In case the replacement product is out of stock, money will be refunded. (Terms & Conditions apply)
    2. If the price of the replacement product is lower than the amount paid by you originally, a partial refund will be issued to you provided.
    3. Products sold as combos/sets cannot be replaced or returned individually.

    vii. We may request for information/documents to verify your credentials before initiating the refund.

    viii. All refunds shall be made in Dirhams only.

    1. We reserve a right to impose such charges as is necessary to reimburse the expense of delivery and pick-up.
    2. In the event of false, frivolous, or baseless complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the products, the buyer will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
    3. The return process of a product may be subject to additional terms depending on the nature and category of the product. Any such additional terms may be specified on the website or be intimated by the seller at the time of purchase of the product.
