Customer Responsibilities
Verification of Purchases: Customers are responsible for checking their purchased products before leaving the store, ensuring that they match the receipt and are in satisfactory condition.

The customers who order through call/WhatsApp only have limited access.
Delivery: Products purchased in our platform will strictly be delivered. Delivery of the Products shall be made to the address you specify in your Registration and or by Order. For the shop pick up orders we will reserve the order for one day.
Delivery timeframe: You acknowledge that delivery of the Products within 1 to 3 days delivery according to the order slip you entered upon confirming the delivery. All delivery timeframes given are estimates only and delays can occur. If the delivery of your Product is delayed “cellplanet” will inform you accordingly.
Deemed receipt: if you do not receive the Product by the projected delivery date and immediately inform cellplanet customer care in any manner.
Customer’s failure to take delivery: If the Customer fails to take delivery of the Products (otherwise than by reason of any cause beyond the Customer’s reasonable control or by reason of Store’s) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to Store’s. Cellplanet has the right to cancel the order.
Return policy for products within UAE.
The return policy of Cellplanet is applicable in the UAE.
Products are returnable if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product.
Buyer expressly acknowledges that the Seller selling the defective Product will be responsible to Buyer for any claims that Buyer may have in relation to such defective Product and obd4u.fr shall not in any manner be held liable for the same.
Return will be processed only if
It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.

The normal / supplier delivery charge as well as card transaction charges if any will be deducted.
Returns are subject to verification and checks in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return. During pick-up, your product shall be checked for the following conditions:
Products may be rejected for return if they are not returned as per the conditions mentioned above. Refund/replacement shall be issued to you only after verification
